Normally you file a claim thru Paypal. Claims cannot be filed until 7 days after the auction ends. 45 days is the latest that you can file for non receipt. Give them a couple weeks before filing with .......

Why would anyone ship goods prior to the clearance of funds? Once it's cleared, the buyer can't cancel the payment. Paypal will also take money from your balance before it turns to alternate funding .......

I had this problem on Agon and with Paypal. Paypal would not release the information, but then told me if I had my local police dept ask for the information they would release it. It may be that Agon .......
