I think the arms relationship to the platter is more relevant VTA and generally it's easiest to use a mounting template which is just like a little scale blueprint with the correct dimensions pivot ce .......

Linn did a lot of different plinths, and custom ones as well I believe. Early LP12s had no label on the back. Look under the platter for the serial number and check it on the Analog Addicts LP12 FAQ. .......

Regarding the Xenon, you could rewire it. There originally was a mono-crystal silver version offered, the Xenon MCS. Some Xenons apparently come with a DIN connector on the bottom. Mine has no connect .......

No, the phase shift circuit replaces the Valhalla board - go directly to the motor. The isolation transformer should benefit either one though. In the Linn FAQ they suggest the following modifications .......
