Vibrating capacitors

I noticed the other day that some of the caps in my McCormack amp were actually vibrating. I've always poo-pooed damping materials for these kinds of things but it got me wondering if this really could affect sound somehow. Could it? Any suggestion on what I can do? Thanx.
