I do NOT recommend plugs from RS. They have actually caused the stock 89259 coax to sound bad! This is my own, as well many others experiences. The best seems to be the Cardas rhodium plugs. The model GRMO. However, this plug uses a chucked ground connect, and it takes some finnegling to make it work. USe of spacers to push the outer braid out to mate with the ground connection chuck will do the trick, but unless you have worked with one of these types of plugs, and know how they normally work, it may not be obvious how to connect the 89259 coax. They can also be made to wrok for the twisted pairs, but this is even more of a challenge.
Other name brand plugs that work well: WBT, Vampire, Apature (Apature gold plated/teflons, standard type for $8 a pair, and $14 a pair for Apature "WBT locking type". Both are available from Music Direct at 1 800 449 8333), and Tiffany.
For clones: Sonic Frontiers WBT and Tiffany clones, the Parts Express Dayton plugs WBT clones, number 091-1270 ($10.90 for a pack of four).
I do not like the Neutrik spring loaded plugs, as I feel that the sliding ground contact can become compromised over time.
