Get the Denon DL-103 and use a set of the exellent CineMag CMQEE-3440A Step up transformers ($100 shipped).

You will have to fab up a case for the transformers but that's easy...

I am using this set up and find that the CineMag transformers handily beat much more expensive competition. The multiple taps of the CineMag transformers (1:9, 1:18, 1:36) make them very flexible.

By you description of your rig it sounds like a bit of DIY may be just your speed!
