I have one and it is a very good dac. It uses the excellent Crystal 4303 dac and the OP275 opamp in the output. Good quality parts throughout and a dual layer circuit board, so parts swapping can get a little sticky.You might try a newer opamp but I really like the OP275. I think it is the best sounding of the AA dacs. The digital interface,(DITB? outboard clock) helps it out too.
My advice is to get some good digital cables for it...
