The mass corner on the 2123 is high enough for your 600hz use.

The 2012 and 2020 don't have any higher mass corners, but will go higher because they have less Le.

The JBL VS3215 has the 2012 10" driver on a horn and makes it flat to 1Khz (because the pattern starts to pull in, the power response is still falling above the mass corner of 500hz or so).

If you really want to try a low Qts driver, go for the 2202 with its Fs=50hz and Qts=0.16 the mass corner is over 600hz. The E120 has the same parts with an aluminum coil for less mass, but it has an aluminum dustcap to deal with too.

The 2202 sounds better in a horn than the EVM 12L.

The EV DL10X is a good horn driver.

The JBL 2118 (8") in stacked pairs also works well, and allows the horn to be shortened a bit too. JBL does this in a couple of their newer models.
