You could get a weatherproof Klipsch, SpeakerCraft, or Niles for that purpose for around $150.00. Why waste your time building something when those companies build affordable speakers just for that purpose? SpeakerCraft will even give you a lifetime warranty regardless of the weather conditions it's exposed to.If you insist on building it yourself, order the drivers and crossovers from Klipsch, build your own enclosure, and hope
it doesn't fall apart from being exposed to the elements. Make sure you use screws, grille, connectors, etc. that can withstand
the elements without rusting or breaking down.The last DIY outside speakers I came across lasted about 3 years and then killed the owners NAD amp.
