I received ACME cryo outlet a month ago. First thing I did was wire the ACME outlet whew my refrigerator outlet is for three weeks switching the plug from the top to bottom receptacle after about 1 1/2 weeks. Then I put it into my system's outlet. It replaced a Hubbell hosp grade outlet and the improvement in the sound was much more than I wiould have expected. More "space", better extension of the highs, and better control of the bass. Not any significant change in timbral accuracy, but for the $35-, I can't think of a more cost effective upgrade.
