Absolutely? I doubt it. I just think there are too many subtle distortions involved in audio reproduction for our fearfully and wonderfully made minds to be completely fooled.
Willing , I believe, is the operative word regarding our suspension of disbelief. Coincidentally, I was as close as ever tonight, having applied a great new tweak earlier in the day. I truly am amazed at how close we can get to our ideal.
