Just received a Cambridge Audio Azur 640C yesterday afternoon. Connected it to start breaking it in. Haven't listened to it in detail, but I can already tell the transport is quite noisy, actually more than most inexpensive dvd or cd players. I wonder if everyone has the same impression.Got this unit in principle to be the source for my main home headphone system. The headphones will be Sennheiser 650's, and given their open nature this noise in the Azur is bound to be a deal breaker. Comments/suggestions?
