I like the Ayre IBE system enhancment disc. (NB -- I developed it and sell it, so take this for what it's worth.)
But I don't use it for break-in. There is a track with "Brown Noise" that works OK for break in. But I wouldn't recommend using the "Glide Tone" for break in -- it leaves the system sounding somewhat unnatural for a few days.
George Cardas once gave me a CD of "environmental sounds" -- in this case the sound of a flowing stream. This worked extremely well. But I also get great results with ordinary music discs and that is what I normally use.
Don't get me wrong, I use the Ayre disc on a regular basis (the glide tone), but more as a system "tune-up" than as a break in disc.
