I have purcahsed speakers that are capable of being Bi-wired and have asked a few people about two possible scenarios for wiring my speakers and have received many different answers with no logical explanation as to why one way would be better than the other....
So, here is my question and I hope someone out there can give me a good answer or at least some good advice :
Is it better to Bi-wire with cheaper cables or to run one run of better cables? Example - Bi-wire with Kimber 4PR or one run of 4TC?
I've been told both ways were better but with no valid explanation as to why...Any help is appreciated.
One other question - I read that it is better to replace the copper post/band between the binding posts with a jumper made of decent speaker cable...It is supposed to sound better than it did with the metal band in place. Is this true? Thanks in advance for your help...
